Have you found a Bauluvio item that you absolutely must have? Great!

Now select a color and/or size and click on "Add to cart".
Of course you can continue shopping. You can always return to your shopping bag by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.
Please note that items in your shopping bag do not mean that they are reserved.

Are you done shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the "Shopping Bag Icon" on the top right to access your Bauluvio items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will take you to the checkout page. Here you can fill in all your details on one page.

Please note: Once you have completed your order, you will not be able to change it as it will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.


HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Bauluvio covers the shipping costs. So you don't pay any shipping costs. You can also choose secure shipping for CHF 2.95.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we send all your shipments with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page , the link to which you will receive by email once your order has been shipped.

It can sometimes take a while until the Track & Trace status is available.

I AM NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you at a DHL branch for 7 days. You will also receive a message from the driver indicating the pickup location. After these 7 days, DHL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window of opportunity to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should it be the case that your track & trace shows that your package has been delivered to your address - but you still have not received your order - please report this, 14 days after the stated delivery date an investigation will be started by PostNL, we will keep you informed until the investigation is completed.

What are the delivery times?

Bauluvio aims to deliver products quickly. If you place an order before 5pm on working days, we will try to process your order the same day. However, our standard processing time is 1-3 working days. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 4-8 working days.
